We’ve been asked recently by organisations who have teams that have been working remotely, yet haven’t met each other face-to-face, if we can host custom

“Get Together Conferences”.

These events are ideal for audit teams with new members and also those that are looking to connect again with work associates and strengthen their interpersonal and audit management skills.

Run over one and a half days (allowing time to journey home) we can bring courses together on audit topics and advanced audit team management.

Face to Face Courses, Covid Secure Practices

As you know there is no more effective way of learning than face to face. And, it's much more fun engaging directly with other pupils and the trainer.

You probably have questions about how courses will run in the new normal. So, to put your minds at ease here are just some of the measures that we will be taking to ensure your course runs safely:

Pre-attendance Confirmation Of Wellness

All attendees will need to confirm their wellness to attend without any reported symptoms or being close to anybody with reported symptoms.

Increased Hygiene at Venue

The Holiday Inn Conference Facility has increased the frequency of cleaning public spaces to multiple times a day.

They also will ensure that our training room is hygienically cleaned before a new group attends.

Reduced Class Sizes

Class sizes will be halved to no more than 9 attendees, spaced 2 metres apart. Class entry and exits will be paced.

Front Facing Class

The classroom will be laid out with all tables front facing to minimise risk of transmission.

Handwashing & Sanitiser

Handwashing in breaks will be encouraged and sanitiser will be made available for all.

Facemasks For Trainers

Trainers will wear masks to reduce risk of transmission, and masks will be available for attendees.

A thorough understanding of effective influencing techniques and then being able to apply these well in a wide variety of situations is, therefore, vital for every auditor.

We have been running Effective Influencing programmes for over 15 years with a track record of success stories and regular highly positive feedback regarding how well these techniques work in all manner of situations, both inside and outside of work.

This virtual workshop with a live course tutor explores the positive influencing behaviours and provides opportunities to apply them in a number of practice scenarios and real-life situations.

Does Virtual Professional Auditor Tuition Work?

If you’ve been thinking can virtual tuition ever be as good as real world tuition? We have some answers for you:

Q: Do participants just ‘turn up’ to the zoom lesson?

Before each scheduled course we offer each participant a one-to-one video workshop where we can introduce ourselves, explain how the course will work and give you the confidence to engage and learn in the actual virtual course sessions.

Q. You mentioned a buddying system how does that work?

We’ve found that attendees that have an ally attending are more open to asking questions in video sessions, and as a consequence, gain more out of the course.

This is why for certain courses we’ll match you up with another virtual attendee, enabling you to find out about what you both want out the course and giving you the confidence to ask questions and engage to the full.
